Members can register for the portal and Live Healthy Blue after January 1, 2026.

Earn and Redeem Live Healthy Blue Rewards with Your Flex Card

 

You can earn rewards for completing eligible healthy activities when you register for the Live Healthy Blue program. Once you earn a reward, you must redeem it through your online account or by calling Live Healthy Blue.

 

After your reward is redeemed, the balance will transfer to your flex card within 48 hours into a separate “wallet” on your flex card. These funds can be used like cash at local and national retailers for health and wellness items. To see a full list of participating stores where you can use your rewards dollars, log into the member portal or call the number below. Rewards dollars cannot be used towards alcohol, tobacco, firearms, or dental, vision and hearing care.

 

You must use your flex card at a licensed provider. You will present the card to the provider at the point of service and swipe it like a credit card.

Get registered!

  1. Go to your member portal.
  2. Log in or create an account to access your member portal.
  3. Select “Manage Wellness & Rewards” to access your Live Healthy Blue account.

Download with mobile app!

  1. On your smartphone, download the Live Healthy Blue app. To download the app, search for Live Healthy Blue from WYBA in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Message and data rates may apply.
  2. Click “Sign In With Code” A code will display on the screen.

  3. Write the code down.

  4. Log into your member portal and click “Manage Wellness & Rewards” to be taken to your Live Healthy Blue account.

  5. From the Live Healthy Blue website, select the drop down next to your name and click “Account Details.”

  6. Scroll down and click “Enter 6 Character Code”.

  7. Enter the 6-digit code shown in the mobile app and click “Done”.

  8. You are now logged in to the Live Healthy Blue app and can review the activities you need to complete to earn rewards from your phone!
