Learn about your coverage
Your WyoBlue Advantage plan provides comprehensive coverage. Access your member documents below to discover the benefits and cost for each covered service. These documents are also available in your online member account.
Supplemental coverage benefits
With WyoBlue Advantage plans, you also get dental, vision, and hearing benefits. Enhanced and Entrust plans also include over-the-counter benefits.
Vision: Your plan includes a $0 copay eye exam and an annual allowance for eyewear such as frames and lenses or contracts. With the VSP network, you can visit retailers such as Costco, Walmart, Sam’s Club and VisionWorks. To find a participating provider, go to VSP Vision Care | Vision Insurance.
Dental: WyoBlue members can see any licensed dentist to get preventive and comprehensive care without the restriction of a network.
Hearing: To find an in-network hearing provider near you, visit NationsHearing.
Over-the-counter*: You have a quarterly allowance that can be used towards a variety of health care related items. Orders can be placed online, over the phone or through mail order. Through our program with NationsOTC, members are guaranteed 2-day shipping, at no cost. View the catalog or place an order by visiting NationsOTC.

Pay your bill
If you have a monthly premium, or if you have a Late Enrollment Penalty, you can sign up for an automatic deduction rather than paying by check. You can have your payment deducted from your checking or saving account, or from your Social Security check. Please use the forms below to set up a deduction or automatic payment plan.
