Flex Card

Making the most of your WyoBlue Advantage Supplemental Flex Card

Use Your Flex Card for Dental, Eyewear, and Hearing Services

As a WyoBlue Advantage member, you’ll be mailed a Supplemental Benefits Flex Card from NationsBenefits. Be sure to keep it in your wallet alongside your member ID card.

An annual allowance is pre-loaded to your flex card to be used for any combination of dental care, eyewear and hearing items. It’s up to you how you want to spend your allowance. Any costs beyond what is on the flex card will be your responsibility.
