Fall Prevention
Falls can threaten your mobility and independence as you age, but simple steps can help you stay steady and avoid injury. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), one in four older adults experiences a fall that results in serious injury. Working with your doctor and making small changes at home can greatly reduce your risk.
