Mail Order
Pharmacies
Essential and Enhanced plan members can get prescription drugs shipped to your home through our network mail order pharmacies. Typically, you should expect to receive your prescription drugs within 14 days from the time that the mail order pharmacy receives the order.
Personal Emergency
Response System
Maintain your independence and feel safe with a Personal Emergency Response Services (PERS) benefit. This benefit includes a medical alert system with two-way connectivity to a live agent, around-the-clock monitoring and GPS location capabilities.
Teleheath Benefit
Members can receive on-demand care for a variety of non-emergency conditions such as General Medicine and mental health services.
Over the Counter
Drug Benefit
Enhanced and Entrust plan members’ OTC benefit allows a quarterly allowance to order medications, health and wellness items, and first aid supplies with home delivery at no additional cost. Choose the ordering method that best suits you: by phone, online or by mail to have products delivered within 2-5 business days.
